I just ordered a Strada RX 200 HP, I know nothing about the Mfg. Or Strada, I was told by several dealers to go for it, So how do you like yours? Top Speed? Smooth Ride? Dependable? Fuel milage? I may be asking you way to soon if you had just bought it, OBTW I am 65 6ft 4 in and ugly as home made soap LOL!!!! I live in Indiana, I called one dealer, ( maybe the same one you called ) No reply I left messages etc, No prevail at all so went to another dealer, So far ok,,, Any info you can pass along I would appreciate it,,,
Thank You

I think that you made a wise decision going with the Strada rx200hp. I purchased mine in August of last year when it first came out. I actually was fortunate enough to purchase directly for Power Sports Factory (the importer) here in NJ. The dealer I tried to contact is also in NJ and evidently used to work with them (wonder why he doesnt anymore :P). I have 1350 miles so far and these are nearly all center city Philly miles. I mean to say that it takes 2.5 hours to put on 25-30 miles so I probably have the same riding as ~2700 suburban miles.

All the chinese "clones" as they are dubbed are designed after the Daelim NS125 scooter from Korea. This scooter is a 125cc w/oil cooler and 4-valve head. Now the rx200hp is a gy6 155cc (b/c of air induction into the valve head and oversized piston) w/oil cooler and optional 4-vavle head. The only difference other than the rx200hp being more powerful is that the ns125 has dual disc breaks whereas rx200hp has rear drum. None of the other "clones" come with an oil cooler and only PSF offers the 4-vavle head design.

For your height you picked the right scooter, I sat on the smaller 150cc's and the bars would hit my knees. You will find the variety of good positions comforting on this ride. My "realistic" top speed is 55mph in that Ive gone faster but I can count on 55 and reach that in a fairly short distance. I ride in the city mostly and so my fuel mileage is only 55-65 but I know for a fact that 95-100 is possible given the conditions. Oh and don't worry your looks don't matter on one of these just give a nod, wave, or beep to another 2-wheeler and your A-ok, if they dont respond positively you can always resort to the finger.

-Enjoy your new scoot! I know you will. Also don't forget to break it in properly and change the oil for the first time after only ~30 miles (no synthetic till at least 1000 miles).

Thank You,
The one I bought all so came from Power Sport in NJ. They called me and stated the RX 150 Touring was sold out, BUT they had a RX 200 HP with the same decals as the RX 150 ? Why , I was told they Mfg. Had put wrong decals on it, So they sold it to me for the same price as the RX, They said it would ship by Yellow Freight Monday, Then a e stating it would ship today Tuesday, IF not I will cancell they can credit my card, I hate to be jacked around,
Now ! I have a close friend who got to many tickets and his DL was suspended, He wants a RX-150 remove the 1 from the 150 to make it look like a 50 cc, I have not seen the RX150 close up only Jpg pic,I have seen large 50 CC looked like a 150 frame, And seen Honda 150 with the 1 removed and under age kids were riding them , So whats your oppinon on the RX 150 ( if rode with common sence) passing for a 50 CC ? Strictly off the record, LoL! The 50 CC is way to small for a tall person to operate in comfort for sure, We have 2 Honda Elite scoots tops is 30-35 laying down with a strong wind ---- Wing dingers is what I can them 2 strokers --
Thank You For all Your Info
Bobby

You could try to pass it off but I wouldn't want to get caught like that. Im not sure about your state but I believe here you still have to register under 50cc just dont need an endorsment on your license or insurance. Double check that first but I have heard people riding around like that. Thats a damn fast "50cc" though :) They do make a 50cc version in the same body style but I would have to say the 150/rx200hp is decently big not as inconspicous as many 50cc's. Glad to hear its on its way keep us posted!

Hello,
Got the scoot today, Looks like the RX-150, Its supposed to be the RX-200 hP, I don't know the difference, They said the Mgf put wrong decals on it, The battery terminal cables were ginpy, To short but I did get them on ok, The morriors are ??? Useless, Can not view whats behind!, Broken turn signal lens rear, They are sending replacement, The scoot is not as big as I pictured it to be, But big enough for my 6 ft bod, Started up ok, Runs great, I could not believe the acceleration, It will fly, 50 MPH in no time,I will break it in book wise, The Tank Touring as I was told, Are not as good as the Strad and the dealers sells both, Now the manual is kinda usless, Does not state what wt. oil to use, You may be able to tell me that, So far impressed with the Strada, If its a RX I don't know where to look, It does have some real neat features, Low fuel light, Remote Start? Why would this be appropiate? Don't know how to operate that as of yet.
70 Thursday, I will take her for a long tool in the country,
Thanks Again You Have Been A Great Helper.....

Glad you are enjoying your scoot. The weather here has been just beautiful. I put nearly 50 miles on it today in two session. I ran a few highways and could get 60 n/p 55 easy on a grade. Im having so much fun I go riding for at least 2 hours every night. The mirrors can be a pain, basically one of mine became useless until I added a lock washer. Although I don't like the looks so much I have a feeling on the Modesta they may prove more useful.

Hello, I'd like to know where I could have some parts of the motorcycle... I'm from Costa Rica and some parts are broken.
